"I've used Precision Tire for tires and repairs off an on for more than 10 years. Tire prices have always been competitive. Service prices are clearly more reasonable than the dealership, including 100,000 mile work on my Subaru. I can remember only one instance in which I had to return due to an error on their part, and it was quickly remedied.
I particularly appreciate that they will sell you the tires you want, without a heavy push to buy off-brand stuff the way the other tire store in this town does.

"Went in yesterday and neither the manager nor I were in the best mood I left very disgruntled. HOWEVER .. Today I received a call from the owner asking me to bring my car in and he would swap out my rims that I had purchased at Farrell's. Not only was he very understanding and kind he was the one who did the work himself! He was super apologetic. I have to admit I apologized too cuz I was pretty upset when I left yesterday. Got in my car to leave and there was an envelope with a card from the manager apologizing in writing! Honestly these guys were so awesome! I almost felt like crying! My next oil change is comp'd as well as free wipers! Today is a great day! Thank you Matt & Audie ... Doesn't get much better than this!"
